@kalejunkie for more! VIRAL SLEEPY GIRL MOCKTAIL TIME! 🍒 I finally—like 3 months later—got around to trying the sleepy girl mocktail, and in my non-expert opinion, I do think it works! It’s the combination of tart cherry juice and magnesium that, when taken before bedtime, is said to promote restful sleep. I also added my liquid collagen which is not part of the original recipe, but it’s transformed my skin and made my hair grow, so I figured why the heck not, the more collagen in my life the better lol. Give it a try and see what you think—it’s yummy!
Pure tart cherry juice - contains naturally occurring melatonin and tryptophan, both of which can help the body relax, fall asleep and get better quality sleep. Please do your own research.
