Follow @kalejunkie for more! WHITE CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY LEMON YOGURT CLUSTERS! 🍓🍋 Last month I showed you the dark chocolate version, today it’s all about the white! This is my favorite version so far, thanks to that tiny hint of lemon—they taste like summer! Store these in the freezer and when you are ready to eat one, just let it thaw for 2-3 minutes so it’s easier to bite into, and enjoy. They are SO SO GOOD! ⁣ ⁣ 2 cups strawberries, cleaned and chopped⁣ 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt (or plain!)⁣ 2 tb maple syrup (optional)⁣ 1 lemon, zested + 1 tb lemon juice⁣ 1 cup white chocolate chips (I used @ghirardelli) ⁣ 1 tsp coconut oil⁣ ⁣ In a large bowl, add the yogurt, chopped strawberries, maple syrup (if using), lemon zest and lemon juice. Toss until the strawberries are fully coated in the yogurt. Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of the strawberry mixture into clusters and and place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
