For one, we don’t have any bananas in here, which—in my opinion, makes the fruit salad mushy, and two, I love to add a little dressing on top, which is just orange juice, a touch of honey and lots of lime! And finally—to offset the sweet, it’s essential to hit it with a pinch of flaky sea salt, TRUST ME!⁣ ⁣ Makes 8-10 servings⁣ 1 cup strawberries, chopped⁣ 3/4 cup mango, chopped⁣ 3/4 cup grapes, chopped⁣ 4 mandarins, segmented⁣ 4 kiwis, chopped⁣ 1 cup blueberries⁣ 2 apples (any kind, I like honey crisp), chopped⁣ ⁣ Dressing⁣ 1/4 cup orange juice⁣ 3 tb honey⁣ 1 lime zested & juiced⁣ ⁣ Garnish⁣ 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped⁣ Flaky salt (Maldon salt is best)⁣ ⁣ Chop all your fruit and add it to a large bowl.
