FROZEN YOGURT RASPBERRY POPCORN BARK! Every spring and summer, my freezer is loaded with different variations of yogurt bark—its high protein and nutritious. Shop the new Celebration Popcorn in select stores and Lesserevil.com⁣ ⁣ 2 cups greek yogurt⁣ 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries⁣ 1 tsp vanilla⁣ 1/4 cup maple syrup⁣ ⁣ Toppings:⁣ Freeze dried strawberries⁣ 1 cup @lesserevilsnacks Celebration Popcorn⁣ ⁣ In a food processor, process the yogurt, raspberries, vanilla and maple syrup, until smooth. Transfer to a lined baking sheet (I used a 1/4 sheet pan). Top with freeze dried strawberries and popcorn. Freeze at least 3 hours until solid. Break into pieces and enjoy.
