CREAMY ONE-POT BROCCOLI PASTA from
@kalejunkie, and you need this simple but very flavorful weeknight dinner in your life, ASAP! I picked up all of the ingredients from
@sprouts for a total cost of $12 and fed my family of 4, with leftovers! And if you have kids, it’s a total mom win, I promise they will eat up that broccoli—so so so good!
2 tb olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1 16-oz package pasta of choice (I’m using shells)
3/4 cup whole-milk plain yogurt (dairy-free will work too!)
1 lb broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tb olive oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 3/4 cups broth of choice (I am using chicken bone broth)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
