This salad is so good, and if you want, you can add your favorite protein on top. I often make this for dinner and add grilled chicken–SO GOOD!⁣ ⁣ 1 bunch curly kale, washed, and chopped into small pieces⁣ ½ english cucumber, peeled and sliced⁣ 2 tomatoes, chopped⁣ ½ cup kalamata olives, pitted⁣ ½ red onion, thinly sliced⁣ ¼ cup pepperoncinis⁣ 1 64oz package @athenosfeta crumbles⁣ ⁣ Dressing⁣ ⅓ cup olive oil⁣ 3 tbsp red wine vinegar⁣ 1 tbsp oregano⁣ 1 tsp salt ⁣ 1 tsp black pepper⁣ ⁣ Prepare the dressing by mixing together all of the ingredients.
