And it still comes together in a blender, in under 10 minutes. You need to try it. ⁣ ⁣ Makes 6-8 servings⁣ 10 fresh tomatillos (or 1 28-oz can, rinsed really well)⁣ 1 10-oz can fire-roasted tomatoes with diced green chilies (I like Rotel brand)⁣ 1/2 bunch cilantro⁣ 1/2 red onion, roughly chopped⁣ 3 cloves garlic⁣ 1 lime, juiced⁣ 1/2 lemon, juiced⁣ 2 tsp cumin⁣ 1 tsp oregano⁣ 1 tsp salt⁣ 1/2 tsp black pepper⁣ 1 jalapeño - optional ⁣ ⁣ Rinse tomatillos, cut in half and place face down on a lined baking tray.
