MEAL PREP SINGLE SERVING PROTEIN STEEL-CUT OATS! Follow

Make individual servings using your muffin tin! Freeze, then pop them out and store in the freezer. When you are ready to enjoy your oatmeal, pop one in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Add your favorite toppings, and voilaaaaaaaaa, breakfast is served!!!
Here’s how to make perfect steel-cut oats to fill a 12-cavity muffin tin (which makes 6 or 12 servings)—
2 cups steel cut oats
2 cups milk of choice (I used almond milk)
2 cups water
1-2 tb vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup protein powder or collagen powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar (this is optional, I don’t add any sweetener bc I like to add toppings)
Rinse the oats well, then add to a large pot on the stove with the rest of the ingredients. Stir well so that all of the ingredients are...
