SPAGHETTI PIE from
@kalejunkie, let’s go! This is a great way to use leftover spaghetti, or in my case, I make a fresh batch just to make this. You might be wondering, WHYYYYY make a spaghetti pie instead of just making a bowl of spaghetti. Well, one, it’s FUN, but more than that, the edges, bottom and top get nice and CRUNCHY, while the center stays nice and soft, and it’s so delicious! And if you have kids, they will love this idea as well. If you are gluten-free, you can use gluten-free spaghetti, and you can even use jarred marinara sauce. And finally, for a higher protein option, simply saute some ground beef, or tofu crumbles and add it to the mixtures. If you have leftovers, freeze them and enjoy on nights you don’t feel like cooking.
