How to use this:
As a dip/spread for apples and other fruit
As an ice cream topping

Makes 12 servings
1 1/2 cups medjool dates, pitted (about 16 dates)
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice), WARM
*You need to be working with soft, fresh dates. If your dates are hard, soak them in boiling water for 30 minutes, then rinse the liquid off.
