And who doesn’t love bread and warm butter! ⁣ ⁣ My version has fresh roasted garlic and fresh parsley and it was delicious! ⁣ ⁣ Pros: it’s creative and pretty and tasty!⁣ Cons: it takes a while for the butter to melt…a long while 😉 and it’s a lot of butter. This is fun to serve at a party but maybe not for a party of 2. ⁣ ⁣ Here’s how to make it! ⁣ 3 sticks butter, unsalted, must be room temp⁣ 1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped⁣ 1 head roasted garlic 🧄 ⁣ 1 tsp sea salt ⁣ ⁣ For the roasted garlic, chop the top off the garlic head and pop it in a piece of foil. Drizzle olive oil on top and a pinch of sea salt. Close and air fry at 400 for 16-18 minutes. ⁣ ⁣ In a blender, add the butter, parsley, roasted garlic and salt. Blend until smooth.
