This is a great idea if you’ve got leftover pancake batter or just want to batch prep a lot all at once! Just add your favorite batter to an ice cube tray along with your favorite toppings, then freeze! ⁣ ⁣ You might be wondering—why not just make the pancakes in advance and freeze them in a bag? Well yes, you can do that. I’m just sharing one option, you do you :-)⁣ ⁣ When you are ready to make pancakes, heat a skillet over medium heat (NOT high) and spray pan with oil of choice (I like avocado oil spray). Place a few frozen pancake squares in the skillet.
