This one is awesome, especially because last year we all learned that storing an avocado in water is NOT the way to go (it can encourage bacteria growth).⁣ ⁣ For this method—store your avocado in a container with half an onion and store in the fridge. The onion releases sulfur which prevents browning. ⁣ ⁣ Does the avocado taste like onion? Just a little—like VERY LITTLE.
