But this quick and easy method is fun and gets the job done. You can get a rough dice by leaving a lot of space in between the cuts and a finer dice by making the cuts closer together. TRY IT. ⁣ ⁣ Peel the onion and cut off a tiny part from the bottom so that your onion will sit flat on the cutting board. Make slices all the way around the onion, leaving more space in between cuts for a rougher dice and less space in between cuts for a finer dice. Then turn the onion on its side and chop, until you reach the end. That’s it!
