I’ve been craving it ever since I saw my bestie @erinnobrienn post her version a few weeks ago and I couldn’t wait to make it! Italians say that pastina cures all—from bad days, to cold weather, to sickness, it’s a magic meal! Kids love it too! Check out Erin’s page for lots of yummy eats!⁣ ⁣ Pastina means “tiny pasta” in Italian and it cooks in broth, along with lemon, salt & pepper, and then of course I added a mountain of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano because that’s the best part, and 10/10!!!
