@kalejunkie for more recipes! CHRISTMAS WHITE CHOCOLATE YOGURT BARK (aka Grinch Bark, which is a name I totally made up). It’s a delicious, cold treat that melts in your mouth, and it’s a cross between a chocolate bark and a yogurt bark, because there’s a layer of each! Serve COLD and store in the freezer for that the yogurt layer doesn’t melt!
Grinch Bark Recipe
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil (to help melt the chocolate chips)
3 cups plain yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
1/4 cup matcha powder, sifted
1/2 cup pretzels
1/2 cup pomegranate arils
Melt chocolate chips + coconut oil in a small bowl in the microwave in 2, 30-second increments, until smooth. Line a quarter (or full) sheet pan with parchment paper. Pour white chocolate on top and smooth it out. Freeze. Next, make the yogurt layer. Add all ingredients except the toppings in a bowl and stir together until smooth.
