I made them in my new @osterkitchen XL Digital Air Fry Oven, which has made my life so much easier because it’s nice and large and I’m able to cook multiple things at once and I don’t have to cook in batches, like I do with my tiny air fryer!⁣ ⁣ Sheet Pan Gingerbread Chocolate Chip Pancakes ⁣ Makes 6-8 servings ⁣ ⁣ 2 cups pancake mix of choice⁣ 1 tb gingerbread spice⁣ 1 tsp cinnamon⁣ 2 tsp vanilla extract⁣ 1 tb molasses⁣ 1 cup water (more if needed, depends on your pancake mix)⁣ 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips⁣ ⁣ Optional toppings: whipped cream, cinnamon, nut butter and fresh fruit ⁣ ⁣ Preheat oven to 350.
