This combo of cranberries, green apple and fresh mint is so tasty! I recommend topping your cubes with prosecco or ginger beer, for a non-alcoholic option, but feel free to get creative with it!⁣ ⁣ To make these coconut ice cubes, you need:⁣ An ice cube tray⁣ 3/4 cup fresh cranberries⁣ 1 green apple, chopped⁣ 4 sprigs fresh mint⁣ 1 1/2 cups coconut water (I used @harmlessharvest).⁣ Ginger beer (I used @bundabergdrinks)⁣ ⁣ Fill your ice cube tray with the cranberries, apple pieces, and mint. Carefully pour coconut water on top. Cover and freeze overnight.
