It’s so delicious, refreshing, festive and so pretty too! I can’t wait for you to make it!⁣ ⁣ Makes 2 moscow mules⁣ 4 oz vodka (I’m using hangar1distillery)⁣ 1 lime, juiced⁣ 1/2 blood orange, juiced⁣ 3/4 cup pomegranate juice⁣ Splash of ginger beer⁣ Garnishes: pomegranate arils, fresh mint, orange slices⁣ ⁣ For a mocktail version: omit the vodka, use 1 cup pomegranate juice and more ginger beer!⁣ ⁣ In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, lime, blood orange, pomegranate juice and a handful of ice. Cover and shake well. Add crushed ice to two glasses and divide the mixture between the two. Top off with ginger beer. Garnish with pomegranate arils, fresh mint and orange slices.
