COPYCAT TRADER JOE’S CINNAMON ROLL DRIZZLED GRANOLA! This is a seasonal find at TJ’s, and while it’s DECENT AT BEST, I created a better, more nutritious version—because that’s just what I do! You can snack on all season, add it to your yogurt bowls, oatmeal, etc! And it’s vegan and nut-free!
Makes 6 cups
3 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
1 tb cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
Topping
White chocolate chips (for topping)
Preheat oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the granola until fully coated well. Transfer the granola mixture to the baking sheet and use a rubber spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth it all out.
