Did you know that you can turn ANY (15-16oz) box of spice cake mix into pumpkin spice muffins using ONLY a can of pumpkin puree? That’s right! No need to add oil, butter, or eggs, all you need is PUMPKIN! ⁣ ⁣ Preheat oven to 350 and line a muffin tin with liners. Add the spice cake mix to a bowl, along with one can pumpkin puree and stir well. If you’d like to add chocolate chips, stir them in. Transfer batter to the muffin tin, then bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. ⁣ ⁣ Note: baking time might differ based on what brand cake mix you use, so just keep an eye on it. Yours might be done at 16 minutes or 25 minutes!
