These little “toasts” are a fun anytime snack or great to keep in your fridge and assemble whenever you want to grab a healthy snack. I can’t wait for you to try them!⁣ ⁣ For the “toasts”:⁣ 2 medium sweet potatoes⁣ 1 tsp avocado oil⁣ 1 tsp cinnamon⁣ ⁣ For the chia jam:⁣ 1 cup raspberries⁣ 1/4 cup chia seeds⁣ 1 tsp maple syrup⁣ ⁣ For the middle:⁣ 1/2 cup peanut butter⁣ ⁣ Preheat oven to 400 F. Wash and scrub sweet potatoes and slice into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Add them to a medium bowl, and toss with cinnamon and avocado oil. Line them up in a single layer. Place tray in the oven for 25 minutes, flipping once at the half way point, then remove from oven. While the potatoes are in the oven, make the jam.
