Follow @kalejunkie for more fun ideas!⁣ ⁣ CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM COOKIE CUPS! 🍪 ⁣ ⁣ These chocolate chip ice cream cups are a fun, bite sized treat! I used packaged cookie dough (my favorite is @cappellos), but you can use any dough you’d like, including homemade.⁣ ⁣ Spray a muffin tin with spray. Add cookie dough to each cavity. Bake according to package instructions. When the cookies come out of the oven, take a small measuring cup or the back of a spoon and make an indentation into each cookie. Let cool completely. Then take a knife around each one and gently lift them out. Fill with your favorite ice cream and enjoy. Store leftover cookie cups in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to one week.
