Love a good Mickey Dās Big Mac? Letās turn it into a delicious, filling and healthy salad that you can enjoy all week long! Iāve also included options to make this recipe completely plant-based and vegan. There are lots of swaps you can make to this one, but what ever you do, donāt sleep on this one ā it is SO GOOD!!!ā£

Salad:ā£
1 pound ground beef (or sub ground chicken, tofu, or plant based crumbles)ā£
1 small white onion, dicedā£
2 roma/plum tomatoes, choppedā£
4 dill pickles, choppedā£
1 head iceberg lettuce, choppedā£
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (or substitute for a plant-based cheese)ā£

1 cup greek yogurt (or mayo or plant-based yogurt of choice)ā£
