TWO-INGREDIENT MUG CAKE HACK! Follow @kalejunkie for more easy ideas! This little mug cake hits the spot in a pinch and the texture comes out just like a light cake! I like using chocolate ice cream and topping it with vanilla ice cream, but mix and match as you like and add your own toppings!
3/4 cup chocolate ice cream (or any flavor)
2 tb all purpose flour (or gluten free flour)
Add ice cream to a mug and let the ice cream melt. Once melted, add the flour and stir to incorporate well. Microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes, or if using the oven, bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with anything you’d like — I used vanilla ice cream.
