I love cocktails, especially during the summer—but these days I’m also trying to strike more of a balance with alcohol and make some delicious mocktails, too! This one is a simple twist on a classic greyhound, but with a basil infusion. You guys are going to LOVE IT. And if you want to make it a cocktail, just add vodka or gin! Something to make everyone happy. And pro tip—make sure to use a fresh grapefruit, it makes ALL the difference. ⁣ ⁣ Makes 1 Mocktail (double the recipe for 2)⁣ 3-4 basil leaves⁣ 2 tsp honey⁣ 4 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (1 large grapefruit)⁣ 2 oz grapefruit sparkling water (or any flavor)⁣ Pinch flaky salt⁣ ⁣ If you want to make it a Cocktail, add 2 oz vodka or gin!⁣ ⁣ In a glass, add the basil and honey.
