My friend @melissas_healthykitchen perfected the strawberries & cream version, I’m bringing you cookies & cream, and I can confidently say YOU NEED THESE IN YOUR LIFE. Recipe makes 8 bars depending on the size of your popsicle molds 1 cup coconut cream (I use one 15oz can of coconut cream and use the white thick part only) 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 6-8 Oreos (I used @newmansown organic) In a blender, add all of the ingredients and 4 of the oreos. Blend until smooth. Transfer to popsicle trays and freeze. Once frozen, roll each one in the remaining mashed Oreos, using a spoon to press the cookie crumbles onto each one.
