This is one of my favorite summer drinks, bursting with both strawberry and orange flavors and a little bubbly to top it all off! Perfect drink for a Monday, I’d say 😉.⁣ ⁣ Makes 1 drink⁣ 2-3 fresh strawberries, chopped into small pieces⁣ 3 oz prosecco⁣ 3 oz aperol⁣ 1 oz club soda⁣ ⁣ Chop strawberries into small pieces and place at the bottom of a cocktail glass. Use a muddler to mash as much as possible to extract as much of the strawberry juice as you can. Add Prosecco, aperol, and club soda, and garnish with an orange slice and perhaps a fresh strawberry.
