Freezer pancakes are fun and perfect for busy mornings, and also a great way to save leftover any pancake batter for future use. ⁣ ⁣ As you can see, my trays are small, so I made mini pancakes, but larger trays will give you larger pancakes. ⁣ ⁣ Prepare 1 cup of pancake mix according to package instructions (I used @birchbenders bc my boys love it). ⁣ Toppings of choice (fruit, nuts, chocolate chips)⁣ ⁣ Prepare pancake batter and transfer it to an ice cube tray. Add toppings if desired. I used mini chocolate chips. Cover and freeze. ⁣ ⁣ When you are ready to make pancakes, heat a skillet over medium heat and spray pan with oil of choice (I like avocado oil spray).
