EASIEST EVER PEACH TAHINI OATMEAL CRUMBLE! 🍑 Follow
@kalejunkie for more easy recipes! This happens to be one of my favorite summertime desserts and it also happens to be refined sugar-free and oil-free! This crumble gets nice and sweet from the natural sweetness of the peaches and just a small amount of maple syrup and coconut sugar. The oatmeal crumble topping gets nice and crispy, and I love adding a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for the ultimate summer dessert!
Makes 4-6 servings
Peach Mixture:
5 peaches, sliced (about 3 cups)
1 tb arrowroot flour or tapioca flour or corn starch
1 tb maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Crumble:
1 1/2 cups gluten-free quick cook rolled oats
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup tahini (or any nut butter of choice, I love this with cashew butter)
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 sea salt
