WARM BEAN SPROUT SALAD, a Korean-inspired side dish! There was a Japanese restaurant (yes, Japanese) that I’d go to with my parents growing up and they’d serve a slightly different version of this as an appetizer when we were seated (I lovedddd it—my mom didn’t), so I’d eat her portion too! I got the craving for it again yesterday, so here’s how I made it. Try it, it is ADDICTIVE!!!!!⁣ ⁣ Serves 2-3 (but 1 serving in my case bc I’m obsessed)⁣ 1 pound mung bean sprouts⁣ 4 scallions, finely chopped⁣ 1/4 cup tamari or low sodium soy sauce⁣ 2-3 tablespoons sesame oil⁣ 1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)⁣ 2 tablespoons sesame seeds⁣ Salt to taste⁣ ⁣ Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the sprouts and leave them in for 30 seconds! Remove, drain, and transfer the sprouts to a large bowl. Add scallions, tamari, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt. Toss to coat very well. Taste and enjoy!⁣ ⁣ #saladrecipes #beansprouts #easysalads #mealprep #healthyrecipes #healthylunch #f...
