HACK: NO-PEEL BAKED EGGS 🥚 👉🏼 kalejunkie, perfect for meal preps, mashing and adding your salads, toasts, etc. This is pretty awesome and my new fav way to batch cook eggs without the hassle of peeling a darn thing! Inspired by: jamiefielding33 and s/o to paulfishman Spray a 9x4 loaf pan with oil spray so the eggs don’t stick. Add 8-10 eggs to the pan. Place into a larger baking dish and fill the sides with water up to the height of the eggs. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Use a spatula to release the sides, then flip the loaf pan. Chop into squares—or mash—it’s up to you.
