When you are baking/cooking with sticky ingredients that are difficult to remove from measuring spoons/cups, SPRAY THE INSIDE with oil of choice (I mostly use coconut oil, avocado oil and olive oil). Then add your sticky ingredients—think nut butters, honey, molasses, etc.). It will come right out in seconds—NO STICKY MESS.
