Not only is it one of the largest contributing factors to climate change, but it's also a leading factor of missing and murdered Indigenous people worldwide (all that land had to come from someone). Corporate agriculture is also a leading factor in lack of access to sustainable food options, and thus a leading cause of hunger worldwide. All for profit. And who profits? Billionaires like Bill Gates (one of the largest holders of farm land in the United States). Not the common people. We the people struggle, and those who already have more assets than is reasonable... get our money, our food, and our land.
