This week, our Sisters PGH staff have been out in the city connecting with local nonprofits and businesses — strengthening referral systems and building partnerships that help us better serve our community. ✨ 🌟 Toni (she/her) — our Project T Coordinator. Toni leads Sisters PGH’s transitional housing program for Black trans women and girls experiencing homelessness. Her work goes far beyond providing housing — she walks alongside participants as they prepare for stability, from daily living skills to personal growth. Toni also supports participants in securing permanent housing after their time in Project T, ensuring they have the tools and resources to thrive long after they transition from the program. 🌟 Antoine (he/him) — our Community Empowerment Navigator (Case Manager).
