Fun fact: You can stay on track with your goals and indulge while traveling: it’s not all or nothing. Here’s how I do it: Reporting from Tuscany, Italy 🍋✨ where the cheese is better, the gluten is kinder, and the flavors are richer. I live by the 80/20 rule because I’m not about restriction, I’m about intention. I say yes to delicious moments, but only after checking in with myself: “Do I really want this?” Sometimes, things just look good, but they aren’t actually what my body or mind is craving. That’s where awareness comes in. And when I do say “yes,” I take a bite, a taste, and actually enjoy it. Some of my favorite tips for staying on track while out of your routine:
Move your body! (yoga, running, walking, dancing, and even a local gym if you can find one)
