Puffer jackets are handy for a variety of reasons. They look cool, especially when you use them against more old-school pieces for some classic-streetwear or high-low tension. They can be used to evoke certain eras, like the 70s, or vibes, like ski culture or back when you were a kid and it still snowed a lot most winters so you'd get a snow day and you'd build a gigantic snow fort and have snowball fights but damn, that's not a thing anymore. But also, because some of you are still wearing car coats. Car coats are ugly as sin. If you need to wear a winter jacket that's too short to be a proper overcoat, just get a puffer.
