Today we celebrated the 106th birthday of fashion pioneer Ms. Annie Jewel Moore, C’43! Surrounded by her Spelman sisters, the day was full of sisterhood, lunch, and lively conversation. Ms. Annie’s remarkable career includes founding Ann Moore Couturier, creating custom designs, and being featured in Vogue in 1953. In 2022, her timeless designs were showcased at the Atlanta History Center. Her 106th birthday is September 20!
