Day 4: Temple of Kom Ombo 🐊✨ on day 4, as part of our Nile River Cruise, we stopped at the Temple of Kom Ombo, a temple dedicated to two gods, Sobek who’s the crocodile god of fertility and the Nile + Horus the Elder, the falcon-headed god of protection and healing. the temple is seamlessly symmetrical, with two of everything! it’s a literal architectural embodiment of Egyptian duality!! walking through and seeing how much has been preserved throughout history was so beautiful and surreal! ✨ #egypt #luxor #komombo #nilecruise
