Just hit up Los Weyes de la Asada inside El Camino Food Truck Park and their signature tacos were amazing! 🌮 Tried all 4 of their signature ones: Chingón – grilled cheese, steak, beans, onion, guac & salsa roja Mamón – grilled cheese, steak, onion, cilantro, pineapple & chile de árbol salsa Ranchero – grilled cheese, steak, pork sausage, beans, jalapeño & chile de árbol salsa Vaquero – melted cheese, ribeye, roasted potatoes, onion & salsa Every. Single. One. was so good. 🤤 You can pick corn or flour and both are homemade.
