The only dip y’all need to make this hosting season. Ingredients - 1/2 cup Mayonnaise - 8 ounces cream cheese (softened (room temperature)) - 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded) - 2 green onions (chopped) - 6 crackers (crumbled (like Ritz)) - 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled (or 1/2 cup of bacon bits)) - 1/2 cup Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze (*divided* substitution: red pepper jelly (warmed)) Garnishes - crispy bacon - chopped green onions Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 350℉. In a mixing bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated cheddar cheese, chopped green onions and 1/4 cup of the Boucan Glaze or warm pepper jelly. 2. Spread mixture into a baking dish. Top with crushed butter crackers. 3. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with extra crispy bacon, drizzle on the remaining 1/4 cup of the Boucan Glaze.
