Today around 12 p.m., An Aurora Fire engine was responding to a medical emergency with lights and sirens activated along lliff Ave. near 225 when it was hit by a car that failed to yield. Aurora Police officers investigated and issued a summons to the driver, 20-year-old Javohir Asrorov, for: • Failure to yield to an emergency vehicle • No registration • No insurance Three firefighters were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
