If you asked a Magic 8 Ball, "What's going to happen to Warner Bros. Discovery?" the answer has been "Reply hazy, ask again" since October.
But a new report from CNBC claims
#WBD is aiming to provide an update on whether it will split or sell the company toward the middle or end of December of this year.
The company put itself up for sale last month, and so far WBD’s board has rejected three separate takeover offers from Paramount for being too low, which ranged between $19 and $23.50 per share.
Paramount-Skydance honcho David Ellison reportedly even offered Warner CEO David Zaslav a co-CEO and co-chairman title to sweeten the deal.
