Collaboration is key to building a South Dakota where every person can access care that affirms who they are. Lost&Found and Transformation Project SD are working together through the Inclusive Care Collaborative to expand the number of 2SLGBTQ+ affirming medical and mental health providers across the state. Through community-based research and statewide education efforts, we are increasing awareness and equipping providers with the tools they need to offer safe, supportive, and inclusive care.
