We were honored to celebrate the return of Japan’s iconic sport of sumo to London for the first time in over three decades. In tribute to this extraordinary moment, Hibiki partnered with 24 of London’s most distinguished bars to craft cocktails inspired by Japanese artistry and ritual. From matcha-infused old fashioneds to elegant highballs, each creation embodies the harmony and craftsmanship at the heart of Hibiki.
