Tesla is gearing up for a major expansion of its robotaxi program, with plans to deploy 1,000+ autonomous vehicles across Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, and Miami, with Austin targeting around 500 fully driverless rides by the end of 2025 and the Bay Area expecting 1,000 robotaxis as part of its broader push to scale electric, driverless ride-hailing nationwide.
