After realizing that many students in underrepresented communities weren’t able to participate in science fairs due to limited school support, Girl Scout #gsGoldAward Josephine created a pathway to change that. In collaboration with her council, she built an outreach system, resources, and a process that now helps students at schools without science fair programs take part in her regional science and engineering fair. 🔬🎈Her project grew from her own experience of wanting to compete in science fairs but not having access.
