For the Salad
8 cups spinach
2 cups chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/2 cup red onion (finely diced)
1 cup radish (sliced)
1 medium avocado (diced)
For the Dressing
1/2 cup cilantro
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp water
1 clove of garlic

1/2 tbsp honey (optional)
For the Salmon
1lb wild salmon (cut into 4 oz filets)
