1 green apple, diced finely
1 honey crisp apple, diced finely
1 large orange, zested and juiced
1 large lemon, zested and juiced
2 12oz bags of cranberries, rinsed well
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 oz bourbon
Chop your apples, and zest & juice the orange and lemon—set all of that aside. Next, add the cranberries, sugar, and water to a pot and cook over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes, or until the skins pop open.
