4-INGREDIENT WARM DATE CARAMEL-use it as a dip for apples , in your coffee, over yogurt, oatmeal and so much more! It's highly addictive, you've been warned! You can keep this in your fridge for up to two weeks. Comment LINK O and I will DM you my favorite blender! 1 1/2 cups dates, pitted and soaked 1/2 tsp sea salt 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted 1 cup dairy-free milk of choice, warmed Soak dates in boiling hot water for at least 30 minutes or overnight, then drain the liquid and add to a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until nice and creamy. To store, transfer to a covered container and refrigerate. Enjoy! #caramel #dairyfree #caramelrecipe
